If you are looking for a top-notch, high quality water feature, installed by competent professionals, I highly recommend working with Hector and Aerate-1. Hector was very careful to listen to my requirements and preferences in the development of the water feature. He took my input as we jointly designed the waterfall and stream sculpture; it was a collaborative effort, and I really appreciated that. The resulting water feature is not only a landscape enhancement, but also an artistic sculpture. His work crew were very polite and respectful of me and my property. They tore out the existing water feature and neatly stacked the stone where I specified with minimal damage to the surrounding landscaping. With this particular custom design, water was leaking from a low edge. When I alerted Hector to the problem, he promptly called me back and came the next business day to examine the issue. His crew was there on the 2nd business day to rectify the situation. As a goodwill gesture, he provided me with additional lighting fixtures and algae remover. He stands behind his work with integrity and went the extra mile to make sure this particular customer was satisfied with the waterfall. It was really refreshing to work with competent professionals who stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. As the need arises, I would definitely work with Hector and Aerate-1 again on future projects.
